For my Communications Design class I was assigned to find a social or political problem that I felt needed to be addressed, and to create/communicate this problem through any medium of my choosing.

I decided to concentrate on the controversial activities currently happening in Iraq. I chose this “war on terror” escapade, which is viewed by many, to be a cover up on obtaining control over the prime oil reserves in the world, and to show that blood has been spilt on obtaining it. The hunger for oil has grown to a ridicules state and thousands are dying: choose peace, not blood.

amazing picture. i saw it while i was searching for pieces under the word 'peace'. i opened it, looked at it and thought it was good, and the i closed the browser. the same second, i decided to go back, look for it and add it to my favourites.

when i say this one is a brilliant idea, i'm not sure whether that's really the right wording - although i am sure you understand what i mean by it. i have never really thought about the issue from this side so far - thanks for making a post like this.

we should just switch over to all of that reusable energy.
windmills dams solar panels all that.
WE HAVE THE FRICKIN TECHNOLOGY SO WHY NOT JUST DO IT!?
THEN we wont have to worry as much about global warming oil spills acid rain...nuclear winter.
